After downloading the file, you can print out a hard copy. Then enter all the information requested and return the form to the Church office.
Please note: This form is for BUC groups only. If your group is from the wider community, we’d love to have you hold your event in one of our “Spaces” – please contact the office to book .
| CHAPEL – seats 200 – available for Weddings, Funerals, and Seminars – features pipe organ, modern sound and data projection systems – heating and fans. |  |
| HALL – seats 200 – available for meetings and a variety of functions – heating and fans. |  |
| COFFEE LOUNGE – seats 40 to 50 – available for meetings, suppers, etc – air-conditioned. |  |
| KITCHEN – fully equipped – adjacent to Hall and Coffee Lounge. |  |
| DENE HALL – seats 30 to 40 – available for meetings – heated / cooled. |  |
| HEWITT ROOM – seats 40 to 50 – available for meetings – vinyl floor – heating and fans. |  |
| ALDERSGATE ROOM – seats 15 to 20 – available for small group meetings – heating and fans. |  |
| On site PARKING is available for up to 60 cars. The church buildings provide wheelchair access from the carpark, and there are no steps to impede easy access to rooms. |  |
| TOILETS – Ladies, Men and Handicapped. Hire includes range of tables, chairs, screens etc. |
